This control board of spots welding machine is high power output design, 99 gears of output power adjustable, more accurate welding, suitable for continuously welding thousands of points on nickel/nickel-plate sheet. It supports welding 0.1-0.3mm nickel sheets with solid and beautiful welding spots. This product can be widely used on spots welding cylindrical lithium batteries and nickel metal hydride batteries such as 14650/17490/18650/21700/26650/32650 etc.
Features:
The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet, and cooling.
Adopt 5pcs MOS tubes, and the maximum current is up to 1700A; there are 5 MOS tube locations reserved on the back of the printed circuit board for DIY players to increase their own MOS tubes.

Thickened pure copper welding pen design, with alumina copper spots welding needles to ensure high current passing capacity and durability.
The cold pressing process can make large contact areas with pure copper joints to reduce internal resistance.
Optional Housing:
Transparent protective housing, beautiful and safer, prevents short-circuiting damage to the control board due to leaks from exposed component.
