How to Use for Heart Rate Monitor
Please Note the L means left side, R means right side.
Pleasewet the electrode area of the chest strap with a few drops of water.
Adjust the sensor to the center of the heart with the NEWBOLER logo facing up and make sure the electrode is close to the skin
